About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to design and implement scalable, high-quality technical solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of systems while aligning with enterprise architecture standards.

Responsibilities

Solution Design & Feasibility

Create architecture diagrams and conduct technical feasibility analysis for scalability, automation, and stability.
Define impacted systems and resolve architectural challenges proactively.
Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture principles and guidelines.

Implementation & Integration

Translate business requirements into technical solutions and oversee implementation.

Deliver back-end integration plans and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.

Work closely with vendors (including Mandarin-speaking partners) to ensure timely delivery.

Technical Leadership

Troubleshoot enterprise application defects and performance issues (Cloud & on-premise).

Advocate for CI / CD DevOps / DevSecOps practices (GitHub, Jenkins pipelines).

Documentation & Reporting

Prepare reports for stakeholders on progress, risks, and issues.

Maintain detailed documentation for architecture decisions and migration processes.

Qualifications

Education & Experience :

Bachelor’s degree in IT / Computer Science or related field.

3+ years as a Solution Architect with hands-on experience in :

Development : Spring Cloud (Java), databases (SQL / NoSQL), front-end frameworks (Angular / React is a plus).

Certifications (Preferred) :

AWS Solution Architect or similar cloud certifications.

Soft Skills :

Strong communication (executive-level engagement) and problem-solving abilities.

Fluent Mandarin (to coordinate with China-based vendors).
