Roles & Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily on-site construction activities to ensure project goals are met.
• Support Project Manager in planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution from start to handover and support him in supervising and co-ordinating in all projects.
• Check and ensure work quality in line with project specifications and timelines.
• Conduct regular site inspections to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
• Liaise with architects, consultants, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Lead and manage construction teams, including subcontractors and site personnel.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and other legal requirements.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to meet deadlines and budgets.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards and address any issues promptly.
• Prepare progress reports, cost updates, and risk assessments.
• Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients.
• Resolve on-site conflicts / issues promptly.
• Implement and enforce company policies and procedures for smooth project operations.
