Telemarketer (PT)

Key Responsibilities :

• Make outbound calls to prospective / existing customers.
• Introduce products or services and explain their benefits.
• Answer customer queries and handle objections professionally.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanour at all times.
• Update and manage call records and leads in the system.
• Meet weekly / monthly call and conversion targets.
• Follow up on previous interactions to nurture leads.
• Schedule appointments for the sales team when necessary.
• Provide feedback on customer interactions and potential leads.
