Sr Executive, Strategic Workforce Planning
Overview
Senior Executive in Strategic Workforce Planning, you will be involved in key strategic workforce planning related projects and initiatives that will transform the NHG workforce to be future-ready. You will be working closely with key stakeholders in NHG institutions to ensure that Group HR supports the NHG’s goal of attracting, developing and retaining the right employees to achieve its strategic goals.
Responsibilities
- Support in the implementation and management of initiatives at Group Level in partnership with institutions
- Collaborate with the team to plan, coordinate, and monitor projects relating to strategic workforce planning
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations and documentation relating to strategic workforce planning projects
- Provide assistance with duties / tasks that are assigned (e.g., secretariat assistance for group meetings with usage of meeting tool)
Job Requirements
Bachelor Degree holder and abovePreferably 4 years & above of relevant experience in HR related fields like HR planning, HR business partneringDigital savvy, analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and other tools for data analysis and building of presentation slidesPossess good organisational, coordination and project management skillsGood interpersonal skills, and strong communication skills (both verbal and written)Good stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization#J-18808-Ljbffr
