Analyze financial reports to drive business decisions. Lead, motivate, and manage teams across various departments. Recruit, train, and develop employees to enhance performance. Foster a positive and results-driven work culture. Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners. Address customer needs and ensure high satisfaction levels. Represent the company in meetings, negotiations, and public events. Identify new business opportunities and market trends. Drive sales, marketing, and promotional strategies. Expand the company’s market presence and competitive edge. Ensure business risks are identified and mitigated. Maintain compliance with legal, regulatory, and safety standards. Handle crisis management and business continuity planning. Bachelor degree or above Candidates who can speak Vietnamese will be given priority Ability to speak Chinese and English is preferred Have at least 5 years of relevant experience
