We are seeking a skilled and resourceful Procurement Specialist to support our site-level sourcing and purchasing operations. This role will be part of a globally respected pharmaceutical organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute comprehensive procurement processes for goods and services across assigned categories.
• Support competitive bidding, supplier selection, and contract negotiations.
• Implement preferred supplier networks and drive spend toward strategic vendors.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs and deliver effective sourcing solutions.
• Maintain and optimize supplier relationships to ensure quality, delivery, and cost-efficiency.
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues related to delivery, quality, or service.
• Evaluate and improve procurement policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
• Utilize procurement systems (e.g., SAP, Ariba) for requisitioning, approvals, and contract management.
• Assist in tracking procurement metrics and identifying opportunities for cost savings.
