Roles & Responsibilities
Secretarial and Administration
- Manage day-to-day calendar and provide full administrative and secretarial support of the director.
- Prepare all business and highly confidential correspondence and organize daily business agenda
- Perform translation for all the required documents and meetings
- Organize and maintain good filing system by ensuring all materials are securely filed on a timely and accurately
- Able to manage and support in areas of reports and claims
- Obtain approval for payment
- Provide professional, executive-level client liaison in a helpful and friendly manner and maintain courteous, professional and efficient service to internal and external clients
- Initiate and follow-up correspondence on all routine matters
- Provide support to expatriates when and as required.
- Logistics supports for meetings / workshops / events
- Handle hotel, flight, restaurant bookings, VISA applications & etc
Corporate planning
Performing business analysis and report preparation for internal use (sales report and tourist report & etc)Evaluation and producing action plans to improve organisational processes to promote efficiency and integration amongst teamsPlaying a critical role in business improvement project initiation and supporting Corporate Planning Director in project management.Supporting the Corporate Planning Director to facilitate smooth cross-departmental operationsWork efficiently with colleagues on meeting time-sensitive deadlinesDissemination and sharing of business plans and results company-wideOther ad-hoc duties as assignedJob Requirements :
Minimum Bachelor Degree / Diploma in Business AdministrationAt least 2 years of relevant experience in secretarial support will be an advantageTech savvy and proficient in MS Office toolsStrong Communication & Interpersonal skillsIndependent and good team playerProactive and able to work in fast pace industryProblem-solving skillsStrong attention to DetailKnowledge in Japanese language will be an advantageTell employers what skills you have
