Responsibilities :
- Attend to inbound calls and provides customer service to the public.
- Responds to customer inquiries; provides information regarding products specification, selling price, and / or other Sales matters.
- Receives and processes order requests.
- Coordinate with respective departments to ensure delivery completion
- Making outbound calls to follow up with orders and feedback
- Provide indoor sales support.
- Assists customers requesting documentations.
- Receives and processes order requests including new customers and inactive customers.
- Conducts a variety of routine clerical tasks including data entry and copying, filing, and faxing documentation.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Management
Requirements :
GCE 'O' Level / ITE Certificate or equivalent with minimum 1-year Customer Service / Telemarketing experience;Proven customer support experience;Able to work on weekends and Public Holidays on rotating shifts;Preferably with experience in Retails or F&B industries;Team player with positive work attitude;Highly independent and organized;Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively;Takes pride in providing excellent customer service;Excellent communication skills and telephone etiquette;Customer orientation and ability to adapt / respond to different types of characters;Proficient in computer skills; Microsoft Office.Work Hours : 5 Days work / week
12Pm to 9 : 30Pm / 12 : 30Pm - 9 : 30Pm
Off Day : Week Day
Alternate Sunday Off
Salary Package :
Basic Salary + Transport Allowance + Afternoon Shift Incentive
Salary Range : $2400 to $3000
