Fresh graduates welcome, no experience necessary. We’re seeking passionate, driven, young educators who excel in English to pioneer our Scholars program. This full‑time role offers an exciting opportunity for aspiring educators to enter the education field, undergo rigorous training, and rapidly evolve into outstanding tutors who deliver personalized, impactful English tutoring.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional one‑to‑one tutoring from Primary School to Junior College / IB.
• Design and conduct engaging sessions tailored to each student’s individual needs and learning styles.
• Continuously assess student progress, adjusting teaching strategies to maximize learning outcomes.
• Participate actively in comprehensive curriculum training and professional development programs.
• Create a supportive and encouraging learning environment, prioritizing students’ mental and emotional well‑being.
