Roles & Responsibilities

Digital Business Analyst

As part of the company’s digitalization journey, our client is seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Digital Business Analyst to bridge between business stakeholders and relevant teams, driving the design and delivery of user-centric, data-driven digital solutions.

Responsibilities :

  • Gather and translate business requirements into actionable user stories. Support UAT, issue resolution, and continuous process improvement.
  • Apply frameworks like Customer Journey Mapping, Design Thinking, and UX design to co-develop innovative digital solutions.
  • Provide value-added advice to business users on best practices in technology usage, review and improve work processes, support change management, and facilitate alignment with the company’s vision.
  • Build and maintain strong user engagements to achieve high levels of user satisfaction.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, system analysis, and project management.
  • Proactive, quality-focused self-starter with an analytical and methodical approach.
  • Results-oriented with strong customer focus and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
