We are seeking an experienced and empathetic Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, manage a team of funeral professionals, and ensure that every service is conducted with the utmost respect and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, logistical acumen, and the sensitivity to work in a culturally diverse and emotionally intense environment
Responsibilities :
Supervise and mentor funeral staff, ensuring professional conduct and compassionate service delivery.Plan and schedule manpower for funeral operations and logistics.Conduct training and development programs to improve service standards.Manage end-to-end funeral operations, from logistics to ceremonial arrangements.Ensure timely and smooth coordination of transportation, venue setups, and equipment handling.Maintain inventory of funeral supplies and equipment.Ensure all services adhere to regulatory, religious, and cultural requirements.Implement and enforce SOPs for quality, safety, and hygienePrepare operation reports and maintain accurate records.Work with the management team on budgeting, costing, and procurement activities.Requirements :
Minimum GCE 'O' Level and above in Marketing or related fieldMinimum 3 years of experience in Operations, preferably in F&B or HospitalityPossess a Class 3 Driving LicenseWe regret to inform you that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
