Education and Experience
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.Possess extensive and progressive IT experience with a strong focus on enabling and delivering business transformation.Proven leadership experience at a managerial level, with a demonstrated record of successfully driving and implementing transformative initiatives.Proven expertise in leveraging technology to innovate business processes and enhance operational efficiency.Experience in driving cross‑functional collaboration and influencing stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Demonstrated capability in establishing standard processes, managing performance metrics, and driving organizational change.Preferably, experience in navigating dynamic business environments and leading IT teams through periods of significant transformation.Skills & Knowledge
Exceptional leadership and communication skills to articulate a compelling vision for business transformation and gain buy‑in from key stakeholders.Ability to translate business strategy into actionable IT initiatives that drive value and support organizational objectives.Proficiency in identifying emerging technologies and trends relevant to the industry and leveraging them to drive innovation and competitive advantage.Strong strategic planning and execution abilities, with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes.Deep understanding of business processes and operations, with prior hands‑on experience in driving process improvements and organizational change.Expertise in financial management, including budget planning and resource allocation, to support strategic IT investments aligned with business priorities.Successful track record in implementing IT service management frameworks, agile methodologies, and other best practices to drive business agility and responsiveness.To explore this opportunity
