Bullion Project Manager

Job Description : We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with strong bullion market expertise to lead strategic initiatives in our Singapore office. The role requires end-to-end project management for bullion trading, operations, risk, and regulatory compliance initiatives . The ideal candidate will combine project management skills with deep knowledge of the precious metals (gold, silver) business to drive process improvements, technology upgrades, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and deliver bullion-related projects across trading, operations, technology, and compliance functions.
• Partner with stakeholders (Treasury, Operations, Finance, Risk, Compliance, IT) to define scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Manage business process reengineering for bullion operations to ensure efficiency, automation, and control.
• Oversee system implementation, integration, and testing for bullion trading and settlement platforms.
• Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and ensure timely reporting to senior management.
• Support regulatory initiatives related to MAS compliance, KYC / AML, and bullion import / export guidelines .
• Drive change management, UAT, training, and business readiness activities.
• Provide regular status updates, dashboards, and executive presentations to stakeholders.
