We are seeking a highly motivated and hands-on Senior Systems Administrator, APAC to manage the IT operations in Singapore and provide regional support across APAC. This is a unique opportunity for a self-starter who is comfortable with being the sole IT presence in Singapore and able to work independently.

Team and User Management

  • Provide all levels of L1-L3 technical support and serve as the main point of contact for approximately 50 users in our Singapore office.
  • Manage a wide range of systems and services, including Windows AD, Office 365, AWS, Azure, and network infrastructure.
  • Perform hands-on tasks like setting up laptops, troubleshooting user issues, and managing software licenses for applications like MS Office and Zoom.
  • Serve as the key liaison between APAC, US, and Europe for all IT-related matters.
  • Technical and Project Management

  • Provide remote management and technical guidance to a team of three in India and Taiwan.
  • Mentor a junior team member in India and another in Taiwan, while collaborating with a peer-level colleague in Taiwan.
  • Lead and execute major projects, including the upcoming office relocation and network infrastructure upgrade in Singapore this year.
  • Drive future projects such as office moves in Japan, Taiwan, and Bangalore planned for next year.
  • Proactively identify and propose opportunities to streamline manual processes and improve overall IT efficiency.
  • Take on ongoing projects like the Autopilot customization for APAC and SmartDeploy image deployment enhancements.
  • Be involved in drafting IT policies, managing budgets, and ensuring SOX compliance.

    Extensive experience with Windows AD and Office 365 administration. Proven experience managing IT operations in a multi-country, regional environment.

    Strong technical expertise across network, system, security, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure). Experience with on-premise to cloud migrations and office relocation projects.

    Strong hands-on experience in a helpdesk or IT support role, providing L1-L3 support.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across different cultures and time zones.

    The permanent opportunity for a Systems Administrator, APAC , will pay a salary range of $ 6,000 - $ 8,000 plus benefits. This opportunity offers hybrid working arrangement.
