Job descriptionOperations & Coordination Oversee day-to-day freight operations, including Air, LCL, FCL, Breakbulk, and Crosstrade shipments. Plan and execute shipment arrangements, including haulage coordination and customs clearance declarations. Handle import and export documentation from start to finish, ensuring full compliance and accuracy. Work closely with internal departments to seamlessly coordinate customer shipments. Customer & Stakeholder Management Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding and fulfilling their logistics needs. Act as the primary point of contact, resolving customer queries, complaints, and disputes promptly and professionally. Liaise with ministries, government authorities, and other relevant stakeholders when required. Pricing & Quotation Prepare competitive quotations based on customer requirements and market conditions. Follow up with customers, overseas agents, and offices on proposals, ensuring successful negotiation and closure. Collaborate closely with the Sales and Commercial teams to support business growth and maintain key accounts. Financial & Administrative Oversight Monitor billing accuracy and ensure timely invoicing for all shipments. Track operational costs and work towards optimizing profitability. Assist in ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed to support overall business objectives. Experience in handling import and export documentation from start to finish. Hands-on experience in arranging sea freight or air freight bookings and coordinating with carriers and agents. Familiarity with work permit applications and regulatory requirements is highly preferred. Strong operational knowledge of freight forwarding processes across air, ocean, and cross-trade is preferred Work experiences and job responsibilities Current and Expected salary Reason for leaving Date of availability Education background
