Roles & Responsibilities

Working Hours :

Mon - Fri Office Hours

Job Scope :

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their business and staffing needs.
  • Serve as the main liaison between clients and candidates to ensure successful job placements.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates to match job requirements and company culture.
  • Manage recruitment processes efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities and deliver timely staffing solutions.

Requirement :

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude with a results-driven mindset.
  • Proficient in using MS Office and recruitment tools.
