Our client is looking for an experienced Retail Sales Manager in the Retail industry (Lifestyle Consumer Goods) .
- Report to the office (Mon~Fri) at CBD
- AWS + Quarterly Incentive + KPI Bonus
[Key Responsibilities]
Identify and curate attractive products to boost in-store events & promotionsDrive business growth by researching new opportunities and introducing innovative service improvementsLead and inspire the sales team, ensuring service quality, smooth operations, and compliance with SOPs & policiesProvide product training and mentor sales promoters to enhance performance and capabilitiesEnsure engaging POP displays and visual merchandising are aligned with company & department store standardsMaintain strong relationships with internal & external stakeholders, acting as a trusted partnerPrepare insightful sales reports (weekly, monthly, ad-hoc) to support decision-makingOversee store inventory, stock movement, and event setups, ensuring healthy stock levels at all timesFacilitate day-to-day operations, logistics, and event support (including weekends if required)Formulate sales strategies, lead monthly sales meetings, and collaborate with the team to achieve targets[Requirement]
3–5 years’ experience as a Sales Manager in the Retail Industry(Consumer Goods).Strong in client relationship management, sales planning, and achieving targetsCreative, independent, and highly motivated with a positive energy levelProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint); knowledge of Photoshop or Illustrator is a plusFlexible to work on weekends & public holidays for events when needed.English & Chinese is required to liaise with internal Promoter / Team.If you are a motivated sales leader with a passion for retail and team success, we’d love to hear from you!
