Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibiltiies :

• Support the transition and operational readiness activities for the modernisation project (COBOL → Java backend, React frontend).
• Assist in defining and maintaining operational processes, including monitoring, alerting, escalation procedures, and support documentation.
• Work with Business Analysts, developers, and infrastructure teams to troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and resolve defects.
• Contribute to cutover preparation and knowledge transfer, ensuring operational teams are ready to take over after go-live.
• Ensure compliance with security, audit, and enterprise standards, following established guidelines and controls.
• Support SLA / OLA tracking and reporting, escalating breaches or risks to the Operations Lead.
• Participate in DR / BCP activities, including testing and documentation under the guidance of the Operations Lead.
• Prepare service delivery reports, meeting materials, and operational dashboards, providing updates to stakeholders.
• Actively participate in maintenance and support meetings, documenting action items and following through on deliverables.
• Assist in exit plan execution, ensuring knowledge capture and documentation in the event of vendor handover or contract closure.

Requirement :
