Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities :

• Lead and coordinate mechanical engineering activities for the maintenance, repair, and overhaul of naval vessels, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Plan and implement maintenance schedules to maximize vessel availability, performance, and lifecycle.
• Supervise and mentor engineers and technicians, driving professional development, safety awareness, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and project managers to align maintenance activities with overall project goals.
• Monitor progress, track performance metrics, and identify risks related to mechanical systems.
• Engage with suppliers and contractors to procure quality materials, equipment, and services that meet company standards.
• Recommend and implement process improvements and best practices in mechanical maintenance and resource management.
