Job Summary
We are seeking a responsible and meticulous Part-Time Admin Support Assistant to support our sales department during night hours. This role is primarily responsible for accurately entering sales data, generating customer invoices promptly and maintaining records. The ideal candidate should have strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain up-to-date digital records of customer data and invoices in system.
- Generate and issue accurate invoices based on delivery orders or sales orders.
- Verify pricing, quantities, and discounts to ensure accuracy of invoice.
- Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information professionally.
- Support the sales department with other administrative duties as required.
Requirements
Prior experience in an administrative role in the F&B industry preferred.Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, and prior experience in using Microsoft Dynamics system is a plus.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Other Information
Primary Location : Work from home (may need to come into office occasionally)Work Hours : Friday to Monday, 8 : 00pm to 1 : 00am the following day (4-day work week, 5 hours per day)Tell employers what skills you have
