Your Key Responsibilities :
Own Our Digital Narrative : Lead our social media strategy (IG, FB, WeChat, Weibo), creating compelling content that builds community and inspires our audience.Drive Campaign Performance : Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital advertising campaigns (Google, Meta) to boost lead generation and brand loyalty.Master Our Metrics : Utilize SEO, Google Analytics, and other tools to track performance, derive insights, and fuel data-driven growth.Develop Engaging Content : Write and strategize blog posts, email newsletters, and other marketing materials that connect deeply with our community.Collaborate for Impact : Work closely with the CEO and leadership on marketing strategy, bringing your ideas to the table and seeing them through to execution.Amplify Our Events : Help organize and promote empowering online and offline events that celebrate and support mothers.We are Looking for Someone With :
Proven creativity and a bold, strategic mindset.Hands-on experience with social media management, Meta Business Suite, and Canva.A bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese to engage our diverse audience.A data-informed, curious, and growth-oriented approach.Excellent collaboration skills and a positive, proactive energy.A background in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Why You will Thrive Here :
