Team Management :

Lead, mentor, motivate, and coach team members to

achieve their best performance.

Task Management : Assign and

delegate tasks, monitor their progress, and ensure work is

completed on time and to standard.

Performance Monitoring :

Evaluate team and individual performance, provide

regular feedback, and implement strategies to improve efficiency

and output.

Preferred with Class 4

driving licence and forklift licence
