Roles & Responsibilities

I. Job Responsibilities

Responsible for the construction, deployment, maintenance, and optimization of the company's cloud platform, ensuring its stable and efficient operation.

Participate in cloud architecture design, developing effective cloud solutions based on business requirements to enhance system scalability and security.

Monitor cloud resource usage, conduct cost analysis and control, optimize resource allocation, and reduce operational costs.

Troubleshoot failures on the cloud platform and related systems, providing timely technical support to ensure normal business operations.

Keep up with cloud technology trends, introducing new technologies and tools to improve the team's technical skills and work efficiency.

Write relevant technical documentation, including architectural documents, operational manuals, and troubleshooting plans, and share technical expertise with team members.

Collaborate with other departments to complete cloud-related project development, testing, and deployment, ensuring the smooth progress of projects.

II. Job Requirements

Educational Background : Associate degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

Work Experience : Minimum of three years total work experience in at least one of the following job titles : Cloud Architect, Cloud Engineer, Cloud Operations Engineer, or Cloud Specialist.

Professional Skills :

Familiarity with the products and services of at least one major cloud platform (e.g., AWS, Azure, Alibaba Cloud, Tencent Cloud, Huawei Cloud). Candidates with relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Advanced Networking - Specialty, Microsoft Certified : Azure Solutions Architect Expert) are preferred.

Experience in designing global multi-region cloud architectures or implementing cross-region data consistency solutions (e.g., international content delivery, multi-cloud collaboration).

Practical experience in optimizing cloud architecture for high-concurrency scenarios such as live streaming / short video, AI-based content moderation, and intelligent ad delivery.

Experience in building data platforms (real-time / offline layered architecture), multi-modal AI platforms, or designing distributed web crawler architectures.

Proficient in virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, KVM) and container technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) with practical project experience.

Familiar with networking concepts, including TCP / IP protocols, routing, switching, and firewalls, and capable of planning and configuring cloud networks.

Possess scripting skills (e.g., Shell, Python) to write automation scripts for improving work efficiency.

Knowledge of cloud security, including familiarity with common cloud security threats and protective measures, and the ability to ensure platform security.

Strong problem-analysis and solving skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve cloud platform-related issues.

Excellent communication, coordination, and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with personnel from different departments.

Proactive, responsible, with a strong ability to learn and work under pressure, and adaptable to rapidly changing business needs.
