Job Responsible :

✦ Develop and execute business strategies to achieve annual revenue targets.

✦ Acquire and manage partnerships with exchanges, institutional clients, and local KOLs.

✦ Lead multi-million-dollar negotiations and resource integration.

✦ Build and scale a global business team from scratch.

Requirements :

• 1+ years of team management experience + 3+ years in crypto business development (APAC / EMEA markets preferred).
• Existing network of local KOLs and exchange partners, with a proven track record of $1M+ deals.
• Strategic thinker with flawless execution
• Billigual languages
