Job descriptionPossess a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering with 2 years of working experiences. Good knowledge of the various engineering design softwares and analytical tools, for instance Etab, MS Tower, Autocad, will be added bonus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an excellent eye for detail. Able to work independently and highly motivated with excellent team spirit. Meeting delivery deadlines and budgets. 6 working days per week. To be stationed at the project site, Changi. Company transport provided from Tanah Merah MRT station.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare designs, sketches and reports with supporting calculations for projects, and supply drafting staff with information to assist in the production of detailed drawings, the development of quantities, materials lists and cost estimates as required.
- Provide technical expertise in the design and coordination of the civil and structural aspects of our construction projects.
- Coordinate with suppliers, clients, consultants or commissioning engineers concerning the design, installation or construction and commissioning of assigned work.
- Prepare technical submissions for materials, construction methods and C&S shop drawings.
- Provided drafting staff with details for drawings, material lists, and cost estimates.
- Resolve any construction issues on drawings and liaise closely with relevant departments as well as the authorities, to ensure consistency with contractual technical specifications and statutory rules and regulations.
- Report on work progress during meetings.
- Attend site inspection with required.
- Any other duties assigned by superior.
