Roles & Responsibilities

Our client, one of Asia-Pacific’s leading organizations is looking for :

System Analyst

Responsibilities :

  • Ensure the smooth operations and delivery of IT projects that serves the Financial Industry as well as users.
  • Responsible for managing the Electronic Payment System and domestic securities management systems, and Offline Contingency System.
  • The responsibilities involve supporting interbank payments as well as the securities and trade settlements.
  • You are expected to understand and support the linkages between these systems and other market infrastructures.
  • manage the vendor and facilitate the delivery of on-going enhancements and regular system patching and testing.
  • You are expected to have the technical skillset to be able to assess the solution provided by the vendor.

Requirements :

  • Good Degree with at least 5 years' relevant experience in supporting and / or implementing payments and securities settlement systems.
  • Candidate must possess strong project and vendor management skills and proven ability in project delivery. Strong technical skills in developing Securities systems and understanding of instruments will be an added advantage.
  • Experience using and configuring continuous integration tools and DevOps.
  • Strong technical knowledge of SWIFT messaging platform.
  • Proficient in code development of Java language, SQL, design, and architectural patterns.
  • Good working knowledge of Oracle Database, Microsoft SQL Server and fault-tolerant infrastructure concepts.
