A Construction Supervisor with responsibilities for waterproofing, painting, and electrical duties plays a crucial role in overseeing and managing various aspects of a construction project. Here's a breakdown of the job scope for each area :

Waterproofing (Open roof area) :

• Site Inspection : Conducting thorough inspections of the construction site to identify areas that require waterproofing. This includes assessing the condition of surfaces, joints, potential water entry points, and PU Grouting.
• Material Selection : Choosing appropriate waterproofing materials based on site conditions, local building codes, and project requirements.
• Supervision of Application : Overseeing the application of waterproofing materials, ensuring proper techniques are followed to create a seamless and effective barrier against water intrusion.
• Quality Control : Conducting regular quality checks to ensure that waterproofing work meets industry standards and project specifications.

Painting :

Electrical Duties :

General Responsibilities :

In addition to these specific duties, a Construction Supervisor in this role will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety regulations, managing schedules, and coordinating with other trades to ensure a smooth and successful construction process. They may also be involved in budget management, procurement of materials, and problem-solving as issues arise on-site. On-site will majorily be outdoors under the sun.

Minimum of 3 years experience required.
