2,able to deal and settle questions and issues from different labours from various countries (CHINE,BAN,INDIAN,MYA....)

3, able to understand basic laws requirement for SME (MOM, IRAS,BAC,ACRA......)

4, able to communicate and coordinate relationship with clients like main contractors, sub contractors,

5,able to go and settle basic daily office and site issues,(driving license)
