Job Description
- Provide excellent support experience to customers via all relevant communication channels.
- Ensure effective follow-up with internal and external stakeholders to ensure invoicing closure in accordance to service standards.
- Provide constructive feedback on tools, resources, procedures and guidelines to enhance workflow and customer experience.
- Prepares the necessary paperwork, such as quotations and delivery orders.
- Follows up on outstanding enquiries, back orders and customers’ payments.
- Liaise with Warehouse for order picking and readiness.
- Assist and liaise with Customers on their Ad hoc requirements.
- Assist with procurement tasks, including processing supplier invoices.
- Organize and maintain purchasing records and documentation.
- Other ad-hoc duties / tasks assigned by superior.
Job Requirements
Minimum Polytechnic Diploma, or an equivalent qualificationStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and ExcelA team player with a strong work ethic and a proactive attitudeAbility to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlinesExceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracyCompensation
