Job Description & Requirements
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Architectural Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role involves both project coordination and technical drafting to support our projects from planning to completion.
Key Responsibilities :
- Coordinate and manage ongoing projects, liaising with clients and contractors, and local authorities for submissions and approvals.
- Oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with standards, codes, and safety regulations.
- Prepare, update and review drawings using AutoCAD (knowledge of Revit is an advantage).
- Coordinate with clients, consultants and contractors to ensure design accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain proper drawing records, manage revisions and prepare submissions / as-built documentations
- Assist in site measurements, verification of works, and other adhoc project-related tasks.
Requirements :
Strong willingness and ability to learn quicklyPrior experience in Built Environment is preferred.0–2 years of relevant experience (Architecture and Built Environment sector preferred)Fresh graduates are welcome to applyPossess a positive and proactive attitudeDiploma / Nitec / Degree in Architecture or relevant technical certificationsProficient in AutoCAD, Revit (advantage)Self-motivated, quick learner, able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a teamTell employers what skills you have
