AEM Developer - Islandwide, SG

Roles & Responsibilities

Design, develop, and customize AEM components, templates, workflows, and services to meet project and business needs.

Build scalable and reusable solutions within AEM using Java, Sling Models, OSGi, and HTL

(Sightly).

Collaborate with UX / UI, frontend developers, and business stakeholders to deliver

responsive, user-friendly, and high-performance applications.

Integrate AEM with third-party systems, CRMs, ERPs, and APIs, ensuring seamless data

exchange and functionality.

Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization to maintain best

practices and code quality.

Support deployment activities by working with CI / CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps / cloud

teams.

Stay updated on AEM features and industry best practices, proactively recommending

improvements and enhancements.
