Roles & Responsibilities

Rehab Matters Private Limited is seeking a full-time Clinic Assistant to join our team. As a Clinic Assistant at our physio clinics, you will play a crucial role in general clinic administrative duties, assisting therapists in monitoring clients during therapy activities and treatment or assessment delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

Administrative (Primary)

  • Take charge of general clinic administration duties, including front desk reception, upkeep of clinic environment, inventory control, to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Attend to all appointment related enquiries, scheduling of client appointment and sending weekly appointment reminders.
  • Maintain billing and payment records.
  • Maintain record of client statistics.
  • Maintain therapy equipment and scheduling of maintenance.

Therapy Assistance (Secondary)

  • Assist in the preparation of patients for treatment.
  • Support physiotherapists in assessments and treatments, providing physical assistance as needed.
  • Prepare and set up therapy equipment for patient's use.
  • Supervise and implement exercise according to the exercise programme prescribed by the physiotherapist and ensure proper setup of equipment.
  • Assist with therapy activities as well as assisting in lifting and transfer of patients whenever required.
  • Create monthly engaging educational materials on heart and lung and chronic diseases (e.g., Instagram and Facebook posts).
  • Assist with planning and conducting workshops, and public talks to promote the role of physiotherapy in chronic disease and adopting a healthy lifestyle.
  • Requirements

  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ or ‘N’ Level
  • Diploma in Therapy Assistance or related field is an advantage
  • Experience in Physiotherapy / Healthcare field is a bonus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Meticulous with attention to details
  • Enjoy meeting and helping people
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
  • Ability to work collaboratively as a team player
  • Able to commit to 5.5 workweek
  • Able to commute to 2 locations : Novena Royal Square Medical Centre and Guthrie House (Fifth Avenue)
