About the role

Join VSTECS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD., a leading IT distributor, as a Presales Engineer (Network). In this full-time, office-based role in Lavender Central Region, you will be responsible for providing pre-sales technical support and solutions to help customers select the right IT products and services to meet their needs.

What you'll be doing

• Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate network solutions
• Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations to customers
• Collaborate with sales teams to prepare sales proposals and tender responses
• Provide post-sales support, including troubleshooting and issue resolution
• Keep up-to-date with the latest networking technologies and industry trends
