Responsibilities
Perform facial, slimming, and hair removal treatments for customersPromote and recommend beauty products and services tailored to customer needsEnsure cleanliness and proper setup of treatment rooms to maintain high hygiene standardsHandle stock and ensure inventory levels are well-managedProvide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clientsKeep up to date with the latest beauty trends and treatments to enhance service offeringsEnsure compliance with health and safety regulations in all treatments and proceduresWhat We’re Looking For
At least 2 years of hands-on experience in performing facial and slimming treatmentsExperience with hair removal treatments is advantageousPossession of a beauty-related certificate or diploma is an added advantage (training will be provided)Willingness to learn and develop skills in slimming, facial, and other beauty servicesStrong interpersonal and communication skillsPositive attitude with a customer-focused mindsetBasic computer literacy to manage customer bookings and recordsTeam player who can work collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentGood organizational skills and attention to detail for maintaining treatment quality and cleanlinessSales-oriented mindset with the ability to recommend suitable products and treatments effectivelyAbility to handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally and empatheticallyFlexibility to adapt to varying customer demands and work schedulesIf you are interested in this opportunity, we would love to hear from you!
