Roles & Responsibilities
The Brand Management Executive will take on the role of an experience design expert, assisting in the development of content for touch points that will complement the SGO visitor journey.
Job Responsibilities :
Experience Development
- Assist in planning and development of touch-points intended to enhance the SGO visitor onsite experience and build brand affinity, as aligned with SGO’s goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with in-house design and education teams and external designers / consultants to create engaging, informative and impactful guest experiences.
- Utilise user-centric design principles to enhance guest engagement and satisfaction.
- Conduct research to enhance the understanding and appreciation of ocean ecosystems, biodiversity and marine life.
Content Development
Write exhibition texts, species identification labels and other interpretive materials.Assist in developing content for both onsite and digital touch-points, based on scientific research for the public, through close collaboration across multiple teams.Take on an active role in reviewing and providing brand counsel on content creation across different teams in SGO.Collaborate on the vetting and curation of social media contentBe the subject matter expert on accurately interpreting scientific concepts and scholarly information in engaging content that is appropriate for the SGO brand, tone of voice and target demographic.Ensure all content is accessible, inclusive and suitable for a diverse audience.Project Management / Support
Responsible for managing multiple project timelines and deliverables to ensure timely production of high-quality content for various touchpoints in SGO.Drive collaboration and provide support to cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.Job Requirements :
Degree from a recognised university; in Communications, Environmental Studies, Life Sciences, or any other relevant field.2 – 3 years of Communications-related experience preferred.Excellent storytelling, writing and content creation skills.Strong communication skills; both written and spoken.Excellent command of the English language, with similar proficiency in Mandarin will be advantageous, as content is developed in English and Mandarin.Strong project management, organisational skills and time management-skills; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Good interpersonal skills to build rapport with team members and other stakeholders.Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Passion for marine life and conservation will have an added advantage.Tell employers what skills you have
