Roles & Responsibilities

• Description
• Coordinating and streamlining daily operations, creating new strategies, and improving processes based on feedback.
• Liaising with various departments to enhance coordination and efficiency across the company.
• Optimizing time and resource allocations and analyzing performance to present findings to management.
• Leading teams, providing direction, assisting with decision-making, and helping to resolve conflicts.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the company and its subsidiaries
• other safety certificates and forklift licence are an added advantage
• Work closely with the Accounting team to ensure timely and accurate invoice processing and with trading and operations professionals to maximize effciency and minimize cost for our commodity trades
• Develop strong relationships with suppliers, customers and logistics providers to ensurre the smooth flow of commodities to and from our trading partners
• Monitor vessel movements and cargo availabilty to ensure timely delivery and minimize demurrage
