Working Location : Orchard

Working Hours : 5.5 days (Mon – Fri, 8.30am – 5pm; Sat 8.30am – 3pm)

Salary Package : Basic Salary + Performance Bonus

Duration : Permanent

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist walk-in patients and visitors
• Patient registration and appointment scheduling
• Respond to general phone and email enquiries
• Assist doctor with aesthetic procedures (e.g., laser, botox, fillers) and non-invasive treatments (e.g., RF, HIFU, facials)
• Handle billing processes and manage inventory
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
