M&E Technical Officer (9 Months Contract) MNC - Islandwide, SG

Roles & Responsibilities

Our client is in the Real Estate industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a technical officer to join their Team, aiming to enhance their current high performing team. They are located at Central – Easily accessible.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in the overall day to day maintenance and operations of building
• Monitor and ensure that the systems operate smoothly in accordance with the design specifications
• Coordinate and supervise maintenance activities to ensure all contractors complete the repair and maintenance work within the timeline
• Responsible for the co-ordination of tenancy fit out works and monitoring of fit out acitivities
