Job Responsibilities
This position will report directly to the Head of General Admin and support the team with the following duties :
- Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment
- Monitor performance of cleaning,security and other outsourced services
- Maintain inventory of supplies and coordinate procurement when necessary
- Ensure compliance with safety,health and building regulations
- Support fire drills,annual shutdown and emergency response readiness
- Preparing, organizing and storing information in paper and digital form
- Dealing with queries,meeting rooms reservations etc
- Coordinate event setup,teardown and liaise with internal teams
- Administration and maintenance of fixed assets
- Liaison with vendors on office related matters
- Prepare and manage the facilities budget
- Administration and maintenance of warehouse storage records, internal circulars
- Support control,maintenance and administration of office security etc
- Other general administrative matters
Requirements
Minimum diploma in Facilities Management or relevant discipline from a recognized tertiary instituteAt least 3 years of relevant experience in facilities management / building services / estate operations / general admin related fieldFresh Graduates Diploma / Degree in facilities management are welcome to applyUnderstanding of building systems,maintenance protocols and safety standards (e.g. Fire Safety Act)Ability to multi-task and work under pressure in a dynamic and fast-paced environmentGood communication,project management and interpersonal skillsProficient in MS OfficeMust have valid Class 3 driving licenseTell employers what skills you have
