Digital Product Manager

Golden Myanmar AAA Pte. Ltd. is a Singapore-based trading company specialising in the wholesale trade of a wide range of goods. Seeking a Digital Product Manager to lead our digital transformation and oversee the development of platforms that support our trading operations between Singapore and Myanmar.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the company’s digital product strategy to support business growth and efficiency.
• Lead the end‑to‑end development of digital platforms, such as e‑commerce or B2B trading systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams, developers, and external vendors to deliver scalable and reliable digital solutions.
• Develop product roadmaps, manage feature prioritisation, and oversee implementation and launch.
• Use data analytics and user feedback to drive continuous product improvement and decision‑making.
• Coordinate with sales, operations, and marketing teams to align digital initiatives with business goals.
• Oversee user interface and experience (UX / UI) improvements to enhance customer journeys.
• Manage integration with payment gateways, logistics systems, and inventory management tools.
• Drive digital automation of key business processes such as order tracking, invoicing, and supplier management.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore’s data protection and cybersecurity standards.
• Monitor product performance, identify areas for optimisation, and prepare performance reports.
• Research emerging digital technologies that could enhance trade operations or customer experience.
• Manage budgets, project timelines, and external partnerships effectively.
