Roles & Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of the annual HR cycles, including budgeting, performance bonus,
- salary review, long-term incentive plans, and benefits harmonisation for Singapore and Malaysia.
- Prepare and analyse HR reports and metrics to support decision-making and business planning.
- Manage end-to-end C&B administration (excluding payroll processing), including :
- Acting as the Benefits, Leaves and Travel & Reimbursement Administrator, ensuring compliance with local employment laws and company policies.
- Providing guidance to employees on benefits-related matters.
- Coordinating annual insurance renewals, preparing competitive proposals, and organising staff briefings with insurance partners.
- Conducting salary benchmarking and market analysis to support internal equity and competitiveness.
- Participate in salary and labour market surveys and generate ad-hoc reports on employment trends (e.g., salary expectation forecasts for the upcoming year).
- Managing training registrations, grant submissions and claims.
- Ensuring compensation practices align with internal equity standards and local legislation.
