Roles & Responsibilities

Job Info :

Salary : Up to $3,500
Transport : Company transport provided from designated pick-up points
Working Hours : Monday to Friday, standard office hours
Benefits : Allowances, Annual Wage Supplement (AWS), Variable Bonus, and performance incentives

Job Responsibilities :

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and in-person communication

Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly, ensuring proper follow-up and resolution

Coordinate with internal departments (operations, logistics, billing) to ensure smooth service delivery

Manage collection schedules, purchase orders, and billing documentation

Maintain accurate records and update data using the NAV system

Prepare reports, service forms, and compliance documentation

Support the Customer Service Manager in initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency

Requirements :

Diploma in Business Management, Service, Mass Communication, or a related discipline

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in customer service or client coordination

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with ERP systems (NAV experience is an advantage)
