Key Responsibilities :

- Oversee financials and budgets.
- Innovate cost-saving measures while upholding customer satisfaction.

- Forge partnerships and collaborate with leaders to define services, delivery standards, and issue resolutions.
Essential Qualities :
Background in customer service, leadership, or logistics is a plus.Proficiency in computer systems and business software.Expertise in customer service, project management, and quality assurance.Strong resource planning abilities.Outstanding leadership and customer focus.Excellent teamwork and meticulous attention to detail.Work Location : North
