Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership : Lead and manage operations, develop and implement long-term strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Operations Management : Ensuring smooth operations and efficient processes and monitor performance metrics and resolve any issues related to operations.
• Budget & Cost Management : Develop and manage the logistics budget, optimize costs, and identify cost-saving initiatives without compromising on service quality.
• Ensure compliance with financial and operational targets.
• Optimization : Analyse and improve performance through process optimization, automation, and effective resource utilization. Continuously seek opportunities to streamline operations.
• Team Leadership & Development : Manage and lead team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations. Foster a culture of high performance, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Regulatory Compliance & Safety : Ensure that operations comply with all relevant industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies. Stay updated on industry trends and government regulations.
• Data Analysis & Reporting : Use data-driven insights to track performance and make informed decisions.
• Conducting performance metrics analysis and setting performance goals.
• Developing risk management programs to ensure continuity of supply in emergency scenarios.
