Workplace Safety and Health Officer (Part time WSHO) - D19 Serangoon Garden, Hougang, Sengkang, Punggol, SG

Roles & Responsibilities

Working hours : 44 hours per week

Duration : 4 to 6 months

Job Scope :

• Monitor and analyse WSH performance, identifying risks and compliance gaps.
• Conduct workplace inspections, audits, and routine safety checks.
• Investigate incidents and accidents, determining root causes and recommending corrective actions.
• Implement and coordinate emergency preparedness plans, drills, and equipment maintenance.
• Deliver safety briefings and coach employees on WSH practices.
• Support WSH policy, procedures, and risk management initiatives.
• Maintain WSHMS documentation and track progress of improvement actions.
• Assess health hazards, prioritise risks, and identify areas for safety improvement.
