Roles and Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition :

  • Assist the team in the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, selecting, and interviewing potential candidates for key positions.
  • Develop creative recruitment strategies to attract top talent from diverse demographics.

Recruitment Management Process :

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with management to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with funding requirements, applying for funding based on stakeholder criteria.

    • Recruitment Analytics

  • Analyze jobseeker trends to identify pain points for both jobseekers and employers.
  • Conduct industry research to stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and evolving needs.

    • Collaboration and Development

  • Contribute to building a cohesive team by assisting colleagues and fostering collaboration.
  • Adapt and grow with the company in a dynamic, fast-paced environment to support organizational success.

    • Requirements

    Education and Experience

  • Degree or diploma in Human Resources or related management fields.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the HR industry.
  • Familiarity with HR processes to effectively facilitate onboarding and other HR functions.
