- Assist the team in the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, selecting, and interviewing potential candidates for key positions.

Recruitment Management Process :
Coordinate and schedule interviews with management to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with funding requirements, applying for funding based on stakeholder criteria.Recruitment Analytics
Analyze jobseeker trends to identify pain points for both jobseekers and employers.Conduct industry research to stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and evolving needs.Collaboration and Development

Education and Experience
