About the Role
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager / Business Analyst to join our Channels and Digital Services Team . This role is responsible for end-to-end project delivery in alignment with committed scope, time, and budget. The successful candidate will drive digital innovation initiatives to support the Bank’s growth strategy in Asia, working across wealth management and private banking.
You will manage Agile projects / squads, engage stakeholders across departments and geographies, and ensure delivery of digital channels and transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Business Analysis
- Analyse and evaluate project ideas for feasibility, cost-effectiveness, risks, and success factors.
- Develop project proposals with defined objectives, resources, milestones, costs, and structure.
- Lead projects through demand governance processes and set up appropriate PM frameworks.
- Create detailed project plans, WBS (subprojects, work packages), and ensure delivery quality.
- Manage scope, time, budget, risks, and issues at operational level.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (PI planning, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, etc.).
- Lead project meetings such as SIT / UAT checkpoints, BRD / solution walkthroughs.
- Oversee roll-out / go-live and handover to operations teams.
- Ensure acceptance, approvals, and quality assurance measures are met.
- Drive product lifecycle management – from ideation and user feedback integration to scaling.
Stakeholder Management
Represent IT Asia as IT Project Lead / Scrum Master with internal and external stakeholders.Provide clear and timely communications on project progress, risks, and solutions.Present updates to senior stakeholders and enable decision-making.Lead knowledge sharing with RTB teams for newly implemented functionalities.Ensure predictable and transparent delivery with proactive risk mitigation.Regulatory & Risk Management
Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards.Collaborate with legal & compliance teams on regulatory considerations for digital solutions.Demonstrate values of honesty, integrity, due diligence, conflict management, and fair dealing.Skills & Requirements
Professional & Technical
Minimum 10+ years of IT experience in Project Management & Business Analysis.Strong track record of running Agile / Hybrid projects with successful major project delivery.Experience in senior stakeholder management and financial tracking (forecast vs. actual).Good understanding of technology trends in banking , especially in wealth / private banking.Familiarity with digital channels, online trading across asset classes, and product discovery / delivery .Knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodology, and design thinking frameworks .Strong decision-making, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.Personal & Social
Excellent analytical, communication, and technical writing skills.Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or in teams.Strong organizational skills with ability to manage concurrent / conflicting priorities.Positive collaborator with ability to articulate ideas clearly to stakeholders.Pragmatic thinker with high execution capability under pressure.Reporting Line
