Roles & Responsibilities

Director – Post-Merger Integration (PMI, M&A)

Group Investment Holding Company

We are partnering with a Group Investment Holding Company on a senior role focused on post-merger integration and transformation to join their M&A team.

This is a high-impact opportunity to work directly with the board, senior stakeholders and external investors on their seamless integration into the wider business.

The Role

  • Work closely with M&A team members on respective deals
  • Drive commercial and operational integration across acquired businesses
  • Design and implement detailed synergy plans
  • Establish consistent governance, compliance, and cybersecurity frameworks
  • Lead transformation initiatives

The Profile

  • Tertiary education with a strong academic track record
  • Minimally 10 years’ experience in post-merger integration, transformation, and change management in the M&A space
  • Minimum 5 years with a top-tier strategy consulting firm delivering integration or transformation programs
  • Strong financial modeling, commercial and operational due diligence skills
