We are seeking an

experienced and dedicated Nurse

Manager to join our healthcare team in the Central

region of Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible

for leading and managing nursing staff, ensuring high standards of

patient care, and supporting the smooth operation of the nursing

department.

Key

Responsibilities

Oversee daily nursing operations and ensure compliance

with healthcare regulations and standards.

Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of nurses to deliver

quality patient care.

Develop and implement

nursing policies, procedures, and best practices.

Monitor patient care outcomes and continuously improve

service delivery.

Collaborate with doctors,

healthcare professionals, and management to ensure holistic patient

care.

Manage staff scheduling, manpower

planning, and training needs.

Handle incident

reporting, audits, and quality improvement

initiatives.

Requirements

Must be a Singaporean Citizen or Permanent

Resident .

Registered Nurse with

valid SNB (Singapore Nursing Board) license.

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent.

At least 5 years of clinical

experience , with 2-3 years in a

supervisory / leadership role .

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication

skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced

environment and manage multiple

priorities.
