Job Description

Guide and support students and proactively respond to their developmental needs
Maintain a safe, orderly, and positive learning environment
Provide guidance and supervision for Primary School children on the completion of daily homework, spelling, and ting xie
Plan and prepare enrichment programmes / activities with other teachers
Communicate regularly with parents on student progress and well-being
Upkeep cleanliness and hygiene of centre premises
Any other ad-hoc duties as delegated by Centre Head

Requirements

Able to guide primary school subjects (English, Chinese, Math)

Possess excellent work ethics and integrity

Willingness to learn

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children, parents, and colleagues.

Patience, empathy, and strong problem-solving abilities
